Buyer Beware: Proceed with caution for large or important orders. We ordered 1,000 custom journals that had major binding issues—pages were falling out right out of the packaging. We provided photos, videos, and even a third-party inspection report confirming that the journals were not properly bound for the size and weight of the book. Despite this, the seller refused to take full responsibility and instead blamed shipping or customer mishandling, though our video clearly shows the damage inside the original packaging. Even through Alibaba’s mediation process, we were unable to reach a fair resolution. We spent nearly $17,000 on our order and had to invest an additional $5,000 to rebind the journals ourselves just to avoid a total financial loss.
