Buyer Beware: Proceed with caution for large or important orders. We ordered 1,000 custom journals that had major binding issues—pages were falling out right out of the packaging. We provided photos, videos, and even a third-party inspection report confirming that the journals were not properly bound for the size and weight of the book. Despite this, the seller refused to take full responsibility and instead blamed shipping or customer mishandling, though our video clearly shows the damage inside the original packaging. Even through Alibaba’s mediation process, we were unable to reach a fair resolution. We spent nearly $17,000 on our order and had to invest an additional $5,000 to rebind the journals ourselves just to avoid a total financial loss.

Response from supplier:
Hello, dear,Sincerely Thanks for your trust and order,We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused
1. About Detail: All product detail has confirmed before producing bulk order, and we do sample for you to check and you said Satisfied and tell us same with sample for the bulk order
2. Provide Replacement solution : We don‘t get any exact information for damaged quantity,it is very difficult for me to discuss the replacement quantity with my boss and produce
3.High inspection :our production team also check every journal before shipping for every order so it is beyond our expectation that the goods will be damaged after you open it after few days
4. Unreasonable Refund request: we don’t get any information that you spend the money to rebind without any negotiation, and require full refund eventually even though the card+box+Gift bag are not damaged , from your video ,just display small quantity, and some journals are not damaged, so it is truly hard for us to agree full refund
